How do you ensure chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months or when shipping to hot climates to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Does Malley’s offer sugar-free or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a dedicated selection of sugar-free chocolates. While many of our chocolates do not contain gluten ingredients, they are processed in a facility that handles wheat, so we recommend checking specific product labels.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred shipping date to ensure your gifts arrive exactly when you want them to for holidays or special occasions.
Are Malley’s Chocolates nut-free?
Most of our products are manufactured on shared equipment that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any product is 100% nut-free.
How should I store my chocolates once they arrive?
For optimal freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 65-70°F. Avoid refrigeration if possible, as it can cause condensation and affect the texture and appearance of the chocolate.
