At Malley’s Chocolates, we strive for perfection in every box; however, due to the perishable nature of our gourmet treats, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Upon arrival, immediately check your package for any signs of heat damage or structural compromise to the chocolates.
Document the Issue
If there is a problem, take clear photographs of the shipping box and the damaged product to help us process your claim.
